We only collect and store information that you provide directly, or that you share with the Coach in the Chat.
We collect basic information like your name and contact details for the purpose of creating your account, and for marketing purposes where consent is explicitly given.
We also store information specifically provided for research purposes. Information shared by the user in the Chat is used to personalise your experience, as well as to improve effectiveness of the chat and anonymously for research purposes. You can opt out of this, and no information you share in the chat will be reviewed by a human without your explicit consent.

Your Rights

You can request copies of your data. You may also ask us to correct or delete your information, limit how we use your data, or transfer your data elsewhere. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
We’ll respond to any requests within one month.

How long we keep information

Information used for research purposes is removed:

  • 2 months after completion of the research project, or upon your request.

Information used for marketing purposes is removed:

  • 6 months after we communicate our intention to remove you from the list due to low engagement, or upon your request.

Information used to provide services:

  • Names and contact details are removed after 1 year of inactivity, or upon your request, following cancellation of services.
  • Information provided by the user in the Chat is removed after 3 months of inactivity following cancellation of services, or upon your request. May also be kept longer on request.
